Row Your Boat 10,000 Meters

So far, so good.

Went to the Y tonight, sat myself down on the ergometer and rowed for 10km.

Took me 41:43, about 2:05 per 500 meters at 23 strokes per minute.

Of course, have no idea if this is going to help me lose weight or not.  I know from experience if that I am consistent about exercising everyday, I will lose weight.  Period.
