I haven’t been faithful to my weight loss efforts – and it shows.
Have gained back and seem to be keeping about 10 pounds that I do need to get rid of. Time to start a thirty day challenge again. For December 2009, I am going to exercise every day. Last night (1 December) I went running at 9:50PM for 20 minutes to make sure I got my exercise in for the day.
