Exercising Every Day

Usually at the beginning of the new year is when I do a 30 day challenge to exercise every day.  I did that this year in January and I am doing it again now.

Yesterday I ran for 30 minutes in the Boise foothills with the dog.  And tonight I am planning on a bike ride in the Foothills.  Friday night will probably be a single speed bike ride also.
