Last month’s 30 day goal was to drink 4 liters of water a day.
About three quarters of the time I did just that. The other quarter I drank 3 liters+.
This month’s goal is one that I have done before and I know it works for losing weight – 30 days of exercising.
My experience has been that I’ll get the most bang for the buck by exercising in the evening after dinner, before bed.
I don’t know what it is, but it seems that when I exercise around that time, my body just burns off weight over night.
