Water, Lots Of Water

Time for another 30 day goal.

I know that setting goals helps me lose weight.

This month’s goal is similar to one I did before and truly believe that I lost weight because of it.

Drink 4 liters of H2O every day.

Why does it work?

It makes me feel full so I don’t eat as much as I might otherwise.

Simple.
