Bike Commuting For Weight Loss

Now that my kids are out of school and I no longer need to drop them off at the bus stop, I am biking to work.

Takes about 50 minutes to get there.  Take a shower, get a cup of hot water for the instant oatmeal and I feel great when I walk into my office at about 7AM.

Around 8:30, I usually feel a little tired, but that goes away quickly.

I figure I am saving about $5 USD a day by not driving the 26 mile round trip drive every day – and getting exercise on a regular basis.
