No Air Conditioning

I do my rowing at the local YMCA.  There was no air conditioning in the Y tonight and it was blazing hot.  As a result, my 10,000 meter effort was slow.  How slow you ask?  44:11, 2:12.5 per 500 minutes at 23 strokes per minute.  That’s how slow.

I’m hoping that I back on the weight loss wagon. I’ve looked at my weight for the last couple of months and have concluded that I am not making any real progress.  The weekend “binging” doesn’t really do my week day efforts to lose weight.

I’m out of town this weekend, no rowing.
