My Brother Will Lose Weight

by Dave

I think I have one of my brothers on board, lets just call him P-dawg. He knows about my weight loss efforts to date – at least I have told him about what I have been doing and how much weight I have lost in the last six months (as of today, I have lost 21 pounds).

He has been instructed to get off his duff (so to speak) and stick with a 30 day plan of not eating after dinner. He told me about the grand plans he knows he *should* be doing, its just that he hasn’t done it.

I am speaking from experience when I say I know exactly what he is talking about. Too much pie-in-the-sky plans – plans that are too big – are keeping him from even getting started. I told him that come June 1st, he needs to stop eating after dinner for the next thirty days. And in case you are wondering, I am his older brother and I’ll tell him what he needs to hear, thank you very much.

So here’s to P-dawg and the lost poundage!
