Still Losing Weight
Just because I haven’t been diligent about writing doesn’t mean I haven’t been losing weight.
I have.
It’s just that I have been sick for a week+. I have some “crud” that is running me down. I feel hot, tired and worn out; not a good way to be.
The one benefit about being sick is that I don’t feel like eating
