I Stopped Losing Weight

My five month run of losing about 4 pounds per month looks like it is coming to an end.  The advantage of weighing yourself every day is that you get immediate feedback on your efforts to lose weight.  For the last few weeks my weight has remained in the same range.  I can assume that this is because I haven’t done anything “extra” to lose weight.

Recall that I recently completed the Robie Creek half marathon, last week as a matter of fact.  I haven’t done much exercise since.  Additionally, and probably more important is that I have cut back significantly on exercise for the last month+.  We have been getting our home ready to sell.  If you have ever sold a home, then you know that amount of effort required to get your house ready to sell.  I make no excuses for my lack of continued weight loss.  I know what I have to do to get back on the weight loss wagon and plan on resuming my effort to lose 23 lbs.
