Daily Exercise Again

Back on the exercise wagon.  At least we fired up our weekly family trip to the local YMCA.  I rowed on the ergometer for 10km.  Seeing that I am a stat freak, I kept track of how fast I did each 2km and at what pace.  I rowed 10km in 41:28.  Averaged 2:04.5 per 500 meters.  My average 500m pace for each 2km distance was 2:04.3, 2:04:5, 2:05.4, 2:05.4, and 2:02.4 (close to that).  I rowed at ~23 strokes per minute.  My upper back on the left side was a little tight.  This is the same side of my back that I “tweaked” last weekend when we were moving.  A little weekend warrior action did me in (and my wife had to pick up the slack).

Knocked out 110 situps in the form of stomach crunches this morning.  Nothing spectacular, did 60 then 50 situps while staring at the ceiling so I wouldn’t hurt my neck.
