Tonight I ran three times a mile down at the local high school’s track, Boise high school.
I don’t think I warmed up enough because I never felt very smooth running. Each interval felt strained, had to take a deep breath every so often and didn’t feel like I was ever accelerating.
With that said, I was pleased with my times. Each interval was progressively faster; 6:55, 6:45, and 6:36.
