Weight Loss Update

Feeling good.  I have been “religious” about exercising this month, haven’t missed a day this month.  Nor do I have plans to.  The exercise is helping with losing weight.  I am down to 182 now.

The rowing machine has been a favorite of mine this month.  Something about my monomanic tendancies getting pushed to the limits by watching the erg machine stats.  I did 2000m in 7:31.2.

I’m starting to think about next month’s 30 day goal.  I plan on continuing the no-food-after-dinner routine and exercising every day.  I’m thinking that I need to step up the food reduction effort.  I’m not interested in starving myself, rather, I would like to come up with a creative way to eat better.  Not sure how to do this though, I’m open for ideas on this.
